Joanna Boyer
RN/Owner
A Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, Joanna is an integral part of Fundamentals. She brings passion and knowledge to every part of the clinic. Having received advanced training in Botox/Dysport & Dermal Fillers, Joanna is a rising star in the Indianapolis area for her artistic skill with the intricacies of injection. Her medical background, training, experience, and compassion are evident in her work.
Personally, Joanna cherishes time with her children and enjoys weekend getaways to her father’s home in the countryside.
Amy Schwab
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Amy is a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) who brings over 28 years of plastic surgery experience to Fundamentals.
During those years, not only was she a private scrub tending to the doctors in the operating room or working aside of the doctors in the clinic but also doing what she loves aesthetically with skincare, teaching, injections and laser therapies.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys her time doing everything outdoors, playing with her two goldendoodles and spending time with her 4 children.
Kayla Hagerty
NR, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kayla Hagerty, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has served as a nurse practitioner since 2017. Her experience includes working as a critical nurse for 10 years prior to obtaining her MSN from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been practicing with acute rehab for 7 years as a nurse practitioner. She has focused on bioidententical hormone replacement therapies and nutrition for the past 2 years. Kayla is passionate about helping others to become the best version of themselves through functional medicine, diet, exercise, and hormone optimization. Her hobbies are CrossFit and spending time with her family.
